The chewy meat and flavor of Nagoya Cochin are perfect for hot pot dishes. With this course, you can choose between Mizutaki hot pot, which lets you directly enjoy the original flavor of Nagoya Cochin, or Hikkidzuri hot pot (Nagoya Cochin sukiyaki), which is simmered for a rich, full-bodied flavor!
